Moisture wick sheets definitely help on warm nights where you want to keep the hatches open. This is they style sheet we use. Your sizing will vary and might need to be custom tailored for weird shaped berths.
These components are what we're currently using. It's sized well for our boat and our requirements. Your boat might have different requirements but this gives you somewhere to start.
This is our "oh Sh*t" pump setup. it plugs into 120v AC power and pumps a lot of water. So either you need an inverter or generator.
